SHIPPING FEES
We charge a flat rate of $8 USD worldwide!
This is a great way to save money for those who would like to purchase multiple items.
Cotin Doll shop has established for more than 6 years, and shipped thousands of orders overseas. We provide fast and economical postal service!

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 working days after we received confirmation of your payment.

ARRIVAL TIME
Most orders are received within 7-14 working days.
And all international orders are shipped with a package slip, which does include insurance fee.

Please use our secure checkout when you are done shopping, you will receive an order confirmation. Also please print or save the order confirmation receipt as a record. Orders may be subject to Customs inspections or add fees based on each country specific regulations. Cotin Doll is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes. Some countries may hold packages in Customs longer for certain reasons. So after a period of time you can still get your package.

Due to rules of Taiwan Post we may not locate the package until 30 days after shipping date.

For reference or package allocation, we use Chung Hwa Post Co service to provide our shipping services.
